I am independently studying for a masters in mathematics after retiring from senior marketing roles. Your simple walkthrough expressions are such a great help to me since I don’t have a teacher/ professor to consult with.

12:14 That's the core of the topic,i e, purpose. We should search for and penetrate the underlying importance of any quantities/ expressions used by scientists rather focussing on multiple pages calculation. That brings down the topic's graphical perception and motive in a flash.😊 Vectors and scalars are different from each other only due to directions. We're creating a new entity called 'unit vector' just to give scalars a sense of directions.

How do we find cross product of i and (i x j) using AB sin(theta) r^, where A=i=<1,0,0> and B=j=<0,1,0> and rAB= -1i + 1j+ 0k, eventually we'd get r^ = [-1/sqrt(2)]i + [1/sqrt(2)]j + 0k. Mod(A)=1, Mod(B)=1 and theta b/w i and j is 90 so sin(90)=1. By this, i x j = 1.1.1.r^ = [-1/sqrt(2)]i + [1/sqrt(2)]j. How would i x j result into k using this method?

Unfortunatly as a distance education student in my university, the lectures that we get to watch are most of the time, a year or two old. The lady who is doing the entire Mathematics course I'm in this trimester, is extremely hard to understand and learn from and generally just reads from the slides. You have become my lecturer for this class. For that, I thank you.

By the way, the y-axis and the x-axis are both swapped (or the z-axis if you use US Customary), as due to the right-hand rule, the z-axis will go down in this situation (Right Tidy), but it is depicted as going up (Lefty Lucy).

I remember when I first tried to wrap my head around unit vectors it felt like a completely new language. It was challenging to connect the dots between theory and application. After countless hours of frustration, I stumbled upon some online platforms that explained things to me in baby words, including AI study tools, like SolutionInn. Those extra materials made all the difference. For anyone else who feels like they’re struggling, don’t hesitate to look for additional help

Why is the top comment on all your videos “I have a test in 3 hours and I didn’t know anything thank you so much!” Like do people seriously not study? I can’t imagine being that carefree about your grades, I feel lucky to have the opportunity to be in school so the last thing I’d do is squander that by not studying or procrastinating, study right away people! Right after your lecture!
