Median with odd set of #’s is the middle number from least to greatest.
Median with even set is adding the 2 middle #’s(from least to greatest), then dividing by 2.
BOOM that simple, don’t know why the formulas exist when they complicate things

for even you can also say (O.5*n)= the a term and the median is that term we got by the formula+ the next term/2 e.g if we got 4 using (0.5*n) it means we have to average the 4th term and the 5th term then divide by 2
