A Level Chemistry Revision "Testing for Sulfate Ions"

In this video, we look at how to test for the presence of the sulfate ion. First we look at the sulfate test. We then explore the advantage of using barium nitrate rather than barium chloride. Finally, we look at how to deal with the presence of carbonate ions, which can give a false positive.
