This panel discussion, which took place during the November 2022 meeting of the REL Northeast & Islands Governing Board, featured three expert speakers on career and technical education and work-based learning: Dr. Katherine Shields, a REL Northeast & Islands researcher and partnership lead specializing in college and career readiness; Jessica Juliuson, an expert at Education Development Center on college and career readiness; and Catherine Imperatore, Research Director at the Association for Career and Technical Education.
