Measuring What MattersAnalytics to Support NICs and Place-Based Education
This archived webinar hosted by REL Pacific in support of the Hui (Partnership) for All to Benefit from Hawaiian Education discusses progress monitoring from two perspectives: monitoring student performance on place-based, ??ina-based education, and monitoring a networked improvement community's (NIC) own work toward its goals. The presenters give an overview of the Hui's efforts, via a NIC, to identify and refine promising practices for measuring student learning progress on culturally relevant ??ina-based curriculum and instruction. They then present key insights on various measurement approaches NICs should consider to continually measure the progress, impact, and outcomes of its work.
