Another challenge I've experienced in my time is that, there was inadequate time for school attachment program (only three months). But investing in CPD can really help after teachers are employed. Though for science Teachers CPD is some how limited to those in general education while ignoring science Teachers in TVET/ TSS Schools. We're also teaching Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in TSS. Thanks for presentation dear Lectures.

I think, there is need to give more time to student teachers to do teaching practice. This will give them more time to link link theory into practice. Only one term is not enough to gain that practice. Supervision should be increased.
