Sir, when I was practicing questions regarding interest I stumbled upon a question related to semi anually, quarter anually and I asked my teacher about it to which he said that it's not part of the syllabus but I'm still worried. Is it coming in the syllabus? Do you have a video regarding it?

So we know that x=-2, so we can write that x +2= 0, and do same for the other coordinate. And then make the quadratic equation from there and then make the completing square form and find the turning points. Plz do tell that can I do this way?????
