The Equity Workgroup within the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Research Network is creating a framework to help advance equity in the field of CTE research. The framework will provide CTE researchers with guidance on how to apply an equity lens throughout various phases of a study. The goal of this session is to get feedback from attendees about the preliminary structure and content of the framework. Although the framework is targeted to CTE researchers, the discussion should be applicable to researchers in all topic areas.
