This video summarizes existing guidance for the Regional Educational Laboratories relating to the development of study proposals, reports and other products. This guidance is described in a November 2020 document with the same name as the title of the video. The guidance covers several different dimensions of study quality including technical analytic issues, relevance of studies, usability of tools, and the clarity and accessibility of report writing.
