Transition metals have always confused me because the outer shell of electrons varies a lot Doesn’t iron have the electronic structure of 2,8,8,8? Why is it not unreactive? Why did you say it can form a +2 or +3 ion?

Your videos helped me alot in my GCSE's, I watched each multiple times and used them to write revision cards. even until the last minute before my exams I was watching your videos. I just got my results for chemsitry today, I was 5 marks away from a grade 8 But I'm still very happy because I would've thought to just get passes!!
