From 9 to 11 May 2023, UR-CE participated in the HLIs Exhibition and STEM Competition organized by the Rwanda High Council ( HEC).The event gave the College an opportunity to showcase its Innovative Methods for Mathematics and Science through the Rwanda Quality Basic Education for Human Capital Development, subcomponent 1.2 and its academic programs it runs.
