I also use the same factor tree method to teach them how to find the root of any value index. Square roots circle pairs of two, cube roots circle pairs of three, fourth roots pairs of four and so forth. I noticed that the guy in this video used this for coefficient. However, this is a very nice video for finding least common multiples.
