Subtract k from lower limit of each class and add k to the upper limit of each class. In the example in this video, k=ยฝ(50-49) = 0.5 So the adjusted class intervals will be 39.5-49.5 49.5-59.5 59.5-69.5.....etc. Notice how the lower boundary of a class and the upper boundary of the preceding class match , making the distribution continuous . If you were tasked to draw an Ogive or use this formula for median estimation, you MUST make this adjustment in case a discretely grouped data is provided>> <<@Lena_ayman says : Thank you so much ๐Ÿซก๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป>> <<@valentinemaina2755 says : Thank you so much it has has helped me so much I appreciate ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š>> <<@kachijones1026 says : The F is meant to be The frequency not the frequency of the median class>> <<@AnethShemhina-i4y says : Social international choir ur work is so great be blessed>> <<@Sibazambia says : Tomorrow am having my final exams thank you>> <<@ZenCall22 says : But don't we have to convert class limits to class boundaries?>> <<@chosenone004 says : Thank you,I was actually confused somewhere here,I have like 30mins to my biostatistics exams and this has really helped ๐Ÿ™>> <<@asmader-ty7se says : the formula sheet isn't working>> <<@hotwater0 says : ah im so lucky u just uploaded that>> <<@nyashamujongondi2884 says : class width where not suppose to divide by 2 and u get 5>> <<@hertierz says : I'm sure that someone will come here in 2030 and he/she will find this useful>> <<@NobunagaFA says : for the L, shouldn't we take the lower class boundary, not the lower class limit?>> <<@JasonScott-z8p says : Learning statistical concepts like calculating the median of grouped data can be quite tricky. The right resources can truly facilitate your learning journey. Many students are exploring various online platforms, and I've found that SolutionInn is a great option for enhancing your understanding of statistical methods. After using different tools, I realized how much my analytical skills improved with the help of their resources.>> <<@aishatadamu9309 says : Hi, Please did you have video on chemical kinetics>> <<@carlosdominguez7088 says : Very Nice!
