Just generate two very large prime numbers and commit their product to memory, but don’t remember the individual factors. Save the factors in a safe place somewhere. If you are ever unsure if you are in a simulation or not, go back to that safe place, and retrieve the factors and make sure they agree with your memory by doing the multiplication by hand. This will work even against a simulation which is able to read your mind.
